What payment methods are accepted at OMMIV?
We accept online payments through Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, UPI. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

We currently do not accept returns for products due to personal preferences or if you simply don't like them.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please send us a photo of the product and packaging within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue by offering an exchange or a refund.
