Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you can return your purchase and place a new order.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it with the same product. Please email us at hello@ommiv.com with your order details and reason for replacement.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Bulk or customized orders are not eligible for standard returns.

How to Request a Return

1. Submit a return request using our Return/Exchange Form.

2. Return Process:

  • We’ll arrange a pick-up within 4 business days.
  • The delivery personnel will perform a basic quality check at the time of pick-up. If the product fails this check, the pick-up may be declined.
  • Once we receive the item, it will undergo a final quality check.

3. Refund Details:

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders require bank account details to process the refund. COD charges are non-refundable.
  • A 15% return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.
  • To cancel, email us at hello@ommiv.com. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@ommiv.com.
