Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value. Enjoy shopping without any additional shipping charges!

Dispatch and Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and our logistics partners. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • While we aim for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather, strikes, or transportation issues might cause delays. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated and assist with tracking your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email or message with the tracking details.
  • You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Cancellations

  • For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer COD services. All payments must be made online at the time of order placement.

Special Delivery Requirements

In case of any special time-bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested, but we cannot guarantee the same.

Additional Notes

  • Your order might arrive in multiple packages based on product type or warehouse location. However, you will not be charged extra for this.
  • If your delivery address is in a location not served by our logistics partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.
